Students in Years 1-3 were challenged to create a picture of an amazing work of art out of food and the results were superb. Inspired by Carl Warner, the boys created their own food worlds and the winners are displayed in the gallery below. Photographs of the winning entries will be enlarged to a giant scale image and they will be displayed in the school dining room.

Carl Warner blends photography and art to make highly conceptual visual images. Based in London, Warner's 25-year career spans still life and advertising photography. He is best known for his intricate food landscapes, many of which can be seen in the recently published book Carl Warner's Food Landscapes.

The winning entries came from Philip Ashton, Oliver Glover, Tommy Harris, Joseph Hilton, William Howat, Arlo Hyman, Johnny James, Rupert Mathieson, Jonathan Pannett-Smith, Arthur Robertson, Henry Skelson and James Wakefield.
