The group of lower sixth boys taking part in this year's Moldova Project trip undertook a sponsored challenge to raise funds for Agape, the charity in Moldova that Abingdon has been working with since 2000. Using the cycling, running and rowing machines in the gym, they travelled a total of 398km, the distance that the River Dniester flows through Moldova. The event should raise over £1,000 for Agape. The team will be departing for Moldova in the first week of the summer holiday and will spend 10 days running activity camps for Moldovan children.
