We would encourage all parents and boys to come and see us, and we offer various types of visits and a range of dates, so you can choose whatever suits you best. Listed below is an outline of these opportunities and also, where necessary, details of how to register for a particular event. We very much look forward to seeing you.
Admissions Visit
For parents with or without sons, by appointment.

Taster Morning
For boys in a specific year group with parents joining later. 9.30am-12pm. Booking required.
- Boys have taster lessons in a variety of departments such as sport, IT, drama
- Q & A session with the Head and other Abingdon staff
First Year 2013 dates and booking form
Boarding Taster
For boys with some parent involvement, invitation only. Register your interest by email.
- Overnight stay in a boarding house
- Variety of activities such as sailing, cooking, sample lesson
- Q & A session for parents along with refreshments and lunch
