As part of our ‘waste saving scheme’, Abingdon is delighted to announce the appointment of Simply Waste Ltd as the School’s waste contractor. Simply Waste Ltd will provide the School with real time reports on the waste management process, helping to reduce and recycle more of our waste.
Other initiatives within the scheme include the Second-hand Uniform Shop (SUS), which promotes the re-use of uniform and sports equipment; and freecycling fittings and furniture for other areas of the school.
