Over 24 hours, the Abingdon CCF completed their epic 8176 km challenge by cycling, running, and paddle boarding to virtually visit the war graves of OAs who died in WWI. The challenge was in aid of SSAFA and CALM, charities for men’s mental health, military families and veterans and aimed to raise over £2500.
In the end, the epic challenge exceeded the target, raising a grand total of £3655 (including gift aid), and the lower and upper sixth SNCOs completed a virtual 8218.51km. Huge congratulations go to the cadets and staff that took part and to everyone who supported them along the way.
