Abingdon School will admit girls to its First Year (Year 7) and Sixth Form (Year 12) from September 2026, and to its Third Year (Year 9) from 2028. At all our events, there will be an opportunity to find out more about our exciting plans. Please complete the form below to book your place at one of our events.
Discover Abingdon events are mini open mornings. These events are intended to be for parents only and involve a tour of the school, an address and Q&A session with the Head and senior staff from our academic, pastoral and admissions departments.
Discover Abingdon Sixth Form – 2026 entry. Prospective students and their parents are invited to come and find out more about our co-ed plans, hear from our Head of Sixth Form, and learn about our academic and co-curricular offering, as well as how we support our Sixth Formers at this crucial time in their educational journey. There will also be the opportunity to chat to current staff and students and learn more about our After Abingdon programme. Spaces are limited, so early booking is encouraged.
Inside Abingdon events are an opportunity to have a tour of the school, followed by an informal chat with the Admissions team and a member of the senior academic or pastoral team over coffee. These events are a great opportunity to find out more about your specific year of entry, our plans to welcome girls and to ask any specific questions you may have. To keep these events small and personal, we restrict places to six families.
Taster Mornings are for students looking to join us in the First Year, Third Year or Sixth Form. Parents are invited to join us at the end of the taster morning to meet staff and the admissions team and take part in a Q&A session. Please only book one Taster Morning per prospective pupil.
