On Saturday our Young Enterprise teams attended the SHSK Christmas Fair. It was a well-attended fair and the team had considerable sales success.
Team “Vividify” sold out of their upcycled coffee coasters and most of their passive amplifiers. The coaster product is an innovative use for the upcycled plastic sheets, manufactured in the School’s Design Technology Department and the Passive amplifiers were made from upcycled pallet material. The team are now busy collecting more bottle caps and lids to feed into the process.
The team received very positive feedback for their products, display stands and sales pitches. It was a good start to the festive session and they are hoping to generate more stock to enable to attend other Christmas fairs before the end of term.
