If so, the next careers event is for them – please encourage them to register and attend! “Careers at the Intersection of Art & Design and Computing” will show students how art & design and computer programming and software knowledge and skills are combined in three different professions: video game design & development, film animation & special effects, and architecture & interior design. This event is on Monday 6 February, 4.10pm – 5.05pm in the Sports Centre Hospitality Suite at Abingdon School and is open to all GCSE and A-Level students. - ASPA QUIZ NIGHT – Friday 3 March, 7pm. Everyone is welcome with teams of 6-8 people, you can either enter as a team or ‘unattached’ and we will allocate you to a team accordingly – a great way to meet other parents. Tickets cost £10 per head including a two course dinner, and will be available from the Abingdon School box office next week https://www.abingdon.org.uk/sports-and-leisure/amey-theatre/box-office-booking/. After booking you will be sent a google form with your confirmation for you to complete with details of your team (if any) and any dietary requirements. We look forward to seeing you there!
