On Thursday, the cross country club travelled to Harrow for the ten schools fixture. A wet and testing multi-terrain course faced all teams and provided excellent races. The juniors were once again led home by Daragh who continued his unlucky form of just missing the podium. The rest of the counting runners grouped well in 10th, 13th and 24th to finish 3rd overall. A much changed inters team proved our strength in depth in this age group and it was great to see so many season debuts as they secured 4th. In the seniors, Hugh and Jacob battled it out for individual bronze, with Jacob nudging ahead on the line. Sam came 9th and Oli’s timely return from injury resulted in 16th place for him. The seniors won the team race comfortably.
