The award for last half term goes to Nathan. Nathan was nominated by Dr Gardner for his work as logistics manager / deputy lead student librarian within the Library Guild. Last half term, in his unglamorous but very important role, Nathan was particularly energetic, consistent and rigorous in maintaining and updating the records that chart student progression through the different tiers of the Library Guild, enabling Dr Gardner to quickly identify priority areas for development and to promote and reward individual students appropriately. Well done to Nathan.
