Last Thursday we took on Stowe’s first team at home. The team consisted of Nikhil Vyas, Will Taylor, Jamie Munday, Alex d’Arcy and Jai Biswas Gladwin. Jai had the closest match of the day at 5th string, and after lots of great squash was edged out 3-2 in the 5th game. Alex also had a good contest at 4th string, and did very well to win 3-0. Jamie, Will and Nikhil then showed their quality with clinical 3-0 wins, dropping very few points and showing what fine players they have become. It was an excellent team win overall and good warm-up for the approaching National Shield.
