Last Saturday the Abingdon Senior and Junior Teams went to Radley for what is always a big fixture in our calendar. The juniors consisted of Felix Loeffen, Max Struthers, Jai Biswas Gladwin, Max Sheppard and Joe Betts. They all played with great skill, and all won their games convincingly for their first team win for the school. Josh Ponting started again for the seniors and won 3-0 in a mature display. Alex d’Arcy had a gruelling 5 setter, but showed great character in winning 3-2. Jamie Munday won 3-0 at 3rd string, as is becoming usual. Nikhil Vyas and Will Taylor stepped in at 1 and 2, and both played superbly accurate squash to win their matches, also without dropping a game. This was a brilliant win for Abingdon Squash, and shows how far they have come as a squad.
