A group of students filmed themselves reading children’s books and we shared these recordings with our partnership primary schools. Bertie Smith in the First Year particularly enjoyed reading Oscar and Hoo. This was the favourite book of a pupil that he mentored at his primary school. We sent the recording to his primary school headteacher so that she can show it to Bertie’s friend.
