The second years enjoyed a trip to Bath today to visit the Roman remains of Aquae Sulis, the setting for the text book they are currently using.
They found out more about the bathing complex and saw the remains of the temple to Sulis Minerva, including the impressive pediment which is now lit up to show what the original colouring may have looked like. They also looked at the ancient curse tables and drank some of the water from the sacred spring.
