It has been a fantastic season for rugby this term, standing as the seventh best over the past 27 years. Over 350 students represented the School across twenty teams, from U12 to U18. We fielded five senior XVs this term, (making us one of only three schools nationally to do so) and the 1st XV reached the last 16 of the U18 National Cup, setting a new benchmark for future 1st XV teams. The U14s embarked on a memorable half-term tour to Surrey and Kent, while the U15s travelled to the Langley School National Festival, where they finished in third place—the school’s best-ever result in this competition.
We have introduced Team of the Week, where pupils from each age group demonstrating the core values of passion, commitment, courage and creativity are nominated by coaches.
