In the second half of the Michaelmas Term, several teams of sixth form mathematicians took part in the national Ritangle competition, with problems released weekly in October, then daily in November, and all culminating in a final problem in the first week of December. Two teams of lower sixth mathematicians, and one team of fifth years got through to this final round, and one of the teams was mentioned in dispatches on the website as narrowly missing out on the top two scores, so congratulations to them.
