On Tuesday, the cross country club competed at the Radley Relays. With the Senior team at nearly full strength, we went into the race with confidence. Monty flew round the muddy 3.2km in 10.36 (the fastest lap of the day) and gave the team a big lead that would be added to in every leg. Quinlan, Ralph and Harry ran strong legs, beating Coopers into second place by well over a minute. The B team finished fifth, defeating A teams from five schools. Harry, Isam and Henry ran consistent times in the Inters race, putting the team fifth after 3 legs. Edward’s blistering form continued and his third fastest leg of the day (11.30) pushed the team up to third, in a combined time of 49.04.
