The Lower School Inter-Tutor Group Public Speaking Competition has been taking place for the last three weeks of term with some very impressive examples of oratory on display by all tutor groups. The grand final took place on the last day of term with first year champions 1B (Arran Bell, Oli Blaylock and Joe Campbell) taking on second year winners 2S (Balraj Purewal, Xavi Semple and Bertie Smith). 1B spoke about the potential dangers of Artificial Intelligence, while 2S talked about the nature of heroes. All the speakers did a great job but head judge Mr Hindley gave the win to 2S who are therefore crowned Lower School champions.
