For the sixth activity in this term’s Primary Science Club, a group of students from the Fifth Year up to the Upper Sixth taught over 20 primary school pupils from four different schools about the science of emulsification. They carried out the Magic Milk experiment and designed their own lava lamps for colourful demonstrations of how hydrophobic and hydrophilic substances interact.
