The workshop focused on identifying and addressing anxiety, equipping students with the skills to support their peers effectively.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions aimed at recognizing signs of anxiety, understanding its impact, and exploring various strategies to assist those struggling with it. The students worked through real-life scenarios to establish best practices in peer support, fostering a supportive school environment.
