For 2M’s Be More Griffen celebration, the tutor group took on a mighty challenge to complete 21 marathons in 12 hours on War Memorial Field. Starting at 7pm on Friday, students started the distance of 886km (2215 laps) and after walking throughout the night, they completed the final lap at 5.30am. The members of 2M showed great camaraderie and perseverance to work together and support each other. A huge thank you goes to all of the parents and staff who came and supported 2M throughout the event. They enjoyed the challenge and were chuffed to beat their donation target of £1,000 (currently standing at £1,679) for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
