Last Thursday the cross-country squad travelled to Marlborough for their annual cross-country meet. Nestled in the North Wessex Downs the course is challenging with numerous hills that make finding a rhythm virtually impossible.
There were some superb individual performances, resulting in Abingdon winning all three age groups;
Junior: Quinn Miell-Ingram
Inter: Rowan Miell-Ingram
Senior: Alexander Pennington
These results were backed up by the rest of their teammates enabling Abingdon to finish the team competitions with victories in both the junior and inter age groups and second in the senior competition.
