In order to celebrate the arrival of summer and the end of the academic year, the Lower Sixth French linguists prepared and enjoyed a francophone three-course meal. They composed the menu with lebanese hummus and fattoush salad for starters, tartiflette for main and tarte tatin for dessert and followed the recipes in French. The result was visually beautiful and it tasted delicious! Bravo to the cooks!
