The annual Lower School Inter-tutor group Public Speaking Competition reached its climax on the last day of term with the grand final between 1st Year champions 1G and 2nd Year winners 2C. Fergus, Freddie and Seb, representing 1G, spoke on Brexit, while Will, William and Carl for 2C discussed the importance of the UK helping those affected by the consequences of wars and conflict around the world. It was a fantastic demonstration of rhetoric by all involved and judge Mrs Keevil had a very difficult job deciding the winner, but the trophy was awarded to 2C.
