On Wednesday our Lower School had their end of season Rugby Awards. All boys who played for the school’s U13 and U12 A and B sides were invited along with their families to the event.

The evening started with a lovely curry followed by speeches from all age group coaches and OA Theo Brophy Clews presented the awards. Theo gave a fantastic speech followed by questions and answers from the floor. Theo is now a full-time professional at London Irish, but came all the way through the school starting in Lower School, representing and captaining the 1st XV, England at U18 and U20. Mr Golding (U12 A), Mr McDonnell (U12 B), Miss Atkinson (U13 A) and Mr Jamison (U13 B) all spoke about their team's season and awards were given for Players' Player, Coach's Player and Most Improved across the age groups. It was a wonderful evening supported by Touchliners.

After Christmas the boys look forward to some Rugby Sevens. Please look out for dates on the school calendar.
