The penultimate day of term saw the Lower School tutor groups show their ability with letters and numbers in the annual Countdown Challenge. The year group rounds saw 1P (Finley Hoy, James Thistlethwaite and Alex Warwick) and 2H (Xien Hu, Dominic Schneider and Nathan Shestopal) go through to the Grand Final. A close game ensued but a very quick solution to the final conundrum meant that 1P are this year’s overall winners.
