Twelve teams battled it out in today's Lower School Charity Football Tournament. After an initial group stage, the eight top teams went through to a series of knock out games. Special mention goes to the top first year team, the Banta Bananas captained by Sam Siriwardene, who got through to the semi-finals. The final was contested by TACAJS (Tim Fowler (capt), Arthur Strong, Charlie Leyland, Alec Knox Clarke, Jim Allen and Samuel Hughes) and Team King Can (Can Tugcetin, Fergus Chettleburgh, Jack Deeker, Addison Hill, Khadim Sagna and Aahaan Sharma). It was 0-0 at full time so it went to penalties and Team King Can proved victorious, winning the prized trophy.

A total of £220 was raised for Meningitis Research and a further £123 for Oxfordshire Search and Rescue through the cake stall run by members of 2C.
