As part of Charity Month in the Lower School, as well as designing posters to advertise specific charities, the students took part in a competition to see which joint tutor group could bring in the largest amount of non-perishable food to be donated to Abingdon Emergency Foodbank which is run by Christ Church, Abingdon. The Abingdon Foodbank has been set up to meet the needs of people who are going through a period of crisis and are struggling to feed themselves and their families. 1J/2M donated the most food, but the whole of the Lower School should be proud of the effort they made to contribute to this worthwhile charity.
