Sixth form kayakers have been developing their safety and rescue skills over the past half term through a series of zoom sessions during remote learning on various topics such as river leading. This was developed further last week during the Wednesday Other Half session when the group developed their ropework skills and their use in rescue scenarios. Hopefully they will never have to use it in reality.
