Congratulations must be extended to club captain, Rowan Miell-Ingram who made his international debut in Belgium over the weekend.
The upper sixth pupil travelled with the England U20 team to compete in the Belgian Cross Cup held in Diest. A lapped course and multiple races made for a great atmosphere with crowds having recently been allowed back to spectate live sport. Due to the number of races the conditions were tough underfoot but the England team had a successful day with wins in both the women’s and U20 races. Rowan ran superbly well to finish in 4th place, just 3 seconds off the podium.
