This year the house challenge returned and was won by Stockdale’s. The house challenge is a general knowledge competition based on the long running TV series University Challenge. Throughout the competition the standard was very high and following some tense knockout matches the two teams left standing were Stockdale’s and O’Doherty’s. Halfway through the final the scores were level but following some high scoring sets of bonus questions Stockdale’s ended up winning by 22 to 10.
