The Abingdon hockey term started with some brilliant pre-season sessions for the U14s, U15s and U16s at Tilsley Park last week. This culminated with a round robin tournament against MCS and Bradfield where the boys performed well against some very strong opposition.
The seniors had a great day on the Sunday followed up with a fantastic round robin tournament against Bedford, Rugby and Stowe, they won all their matches 5-1, 6-0 and 5-0 respectively.
A fantastic start to what will hopefully be an enjoyable season for all.
