Lower sixth student Max O’Brien has challenged himself to run 100 miles in three weeks or less from 13 February to 6 March in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society. The cause is close to Max’s heart as his grandfather, Abito, has been suffering from dementia for many years.
Max aims to raise £500 which will support access for 1800+ people to “talking point”, a forum where people can share their knowledge & frustrations, and two full days salary for a dementia advisor who can help care for those suffering.
