It was a busy end of term for Lower School. Their carol service took place in St Michael’s Church on the penultimate day of term with Chapel Choir in great voice with some superb carol singing and the members of Lower School Orchestra then provided musical accompaniment while parents enjoyed mince pies and mulled wine in The Pavilion afterwards. The grand final of the Lower School Challenge took place on the last day of term with quizmaster Mr May setting his usual fiendishly difficult questions. First Year champions 1H (Archie, Arthur and Camden) put up a good fight but the Second Year winners 2M (Charlie, Harry and Rory) proved quicker on the buzzer and won the coveted trophy.
