Over two days six fourth year students completed their DofE Bronze Canoeing Training Expedition.
Starting at Abingdon School Boathouse with capsize and rescue training they then paddled upstream on the River Thames to Oxford and camped overnight. The next day gave a chance for a bit of exploration of some of the smaller side streams of the Thames before returning to the boathouse.
All learnt some new skills ready for their assessment on the River Medway in June.
