On Wednesday afternoon, eight Abingdon students from the Lower Sixth competed in a croquet tournament against St Helen and St Katherine, on Abingdon’s croquet lawns. Many of the visiting students had never played croquet before, and – after learning the rules – played two games in their pairs. All of the students showed excellent sportsmanship throughout, and the final score was 7-1 to Abingdon. Well done to all involved.
