Matthew Buhler, Kit Mannix, Alex D'Arcy and Charlie Franklin represented Abingdon at the Croquet Association National School Croquet Championships and the National Junior Singles Championship over the weekend of 5-6 October. All four boys played superbly and improved throughout the weekend, playing up to meet stronger opponents.

Abingdon achieved an overall third place with Ryde School, being beaten by the reigning champions from Farlingaye School, Ipswich and an equally strong team from Winchester College.

In the singles championships, three players made it through to the quarter finals losing their rounds to national team players.

We look forward to another strong summer season in 2020.
