Composer David John Roche visited Abingdon on Wednesday to work with our student composers in a workshop and masterclass. David’s music draws influence from orchestral, heavy metal and brass band and he in turn was presented with many genres. Our young composers gained insight and confidence, learning to be bolder and make more use of percussion.
