Congratulations to Rowan Miell-Ingram who was selected to compete for England in the England Athletics Cardiff 5k on 1 May, competing against a Welsh Athletics under 20 team, Welsh Athletics senior team, senior Area teams and an armed forces team.
Rowan ran an incredible time of 14.33 over 5km to finish 2nd individual in the U20 race and 6th overall individual in Cardiff. This result helped the England team finish on the top step of the podium.
