This week, the Bridge Club took the opportunity to thank Conor Chippendale and Ethan Lo for their dedication. Both boys were presented with a pack of 'solid' gold cards. Conor is the longest serving member of the Bridge Club, having started on the very first day of the club as a young first year. He picked up bridge with ease and has gone on to teach many new students to play the game. He has particular patience with the younger players who have described him as a legend.
Ethan Lo joined the club in third year. For the last two years, he has run the club, overseeing the set up each week and coaching new players. Under his leadership, the club has quadrupled in size. We wish Ethan and Conor well in their upcoming exams and hope that they will continue to put their bridge skills to good use in the future.
