On Tuesday, the 3rd, 4th and 5th year boarders had an enrichment healthy eating workshop delivered by CSgt Mike Beaton MBE and Mne Max Thompson, both from the Royal Marines Education Awareness Team.
Mike and Max both gave a presentation on their experience in the Royal Marines and spoke about eating healthily for sport, education and life as a whole and also spoke about the need to keep a handle on how much sugar we consume. Mike also did a live cooking demo which went down well.
