The badminton 1st team were back in action on Saturday to play their second fixture against Harrow. Dominant from the start, Abingdon put in a great performance with all pairs playing with precision and vigour. Co-Captains, Greg Fung and David Haar, led from the front with crushing victories in all four matches. Sound effects were provided by Leon Guan, partnering Tom Walters. Leon seemed especially pleased with the results. Issac Boyce Parr and Will Meng were solid and dependable, despite both carrying some injuries. The stars of the show were Harrison Cruikshank and Will Sue. Not only were they the youngest players in the team, but they won all four of their matches, including a comeback from 20-13 down. Smashing effort!
In the end, Abingdon took the fixture 15 games to 1.
