In badminton both the 1st and 2nd VIII have got off to a great start. Over the last couple of weeks they have played MCS and Wellington College and are currently undefeated. There is excellent depth in the squad this year and whilst the 1st and 2nd pairs seem fairly set, there are great opportunities for movement in the other positions. We look forward to seeing some intense competition in training as the boys work for a place in the squad for upcoming matches. On Saturday 9 October the 1st VIII take on Harrow away. They are always a tough team to play and I know the boys are looking forward to the challenge. I would also like to take this opportunity to officially introduce the co-captains for this season, Greg Fung and David Haar. I am sure that their technical ability and tactical knowledge will be great for the development of the club.
