Congratulations to five students who have received the prestigious Army Scholarship, guaranteeing them a place at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Approximately 5,000 16 and 17-year-olds apply for the scholarship each year. The applicant pool is gradually narrowed down to a few hundred through a rigorous selection process, which includes an interview, an essay and a two-day assessment testing physical fitness, problem-solving, leadership and team-building skills.
