Last week three teachers from the Alliance Française in Oxford gave a two hour workshop to our Lower Sixth students. They looked at film techniques and discussed the film ‘The Artist’, before exploring the role of charity organisations in the French-speaking world. The final session, on French phonetic exercises, allowed the pupils to practise a variety of tongue twisters.
