Abingdon's VR computer rig has been demoed on site for the first time this term. The computer equipment was purchased through a generous ASPA donation as part of the Annual Fund 2018.
Ben Broadbent and Freddie Nicholson have spent many Other Half sessions during Summer term ordering, building and installing the computer. The first VR session was attended by numerous tutors, including Mr Windsor and was well received. From September the VR rig will be installed in Yang Science Centre as a showpiece for Computer Science.
