Abingdon School’s Sailing Club is pleased to announce that we have recently been recognised as an RYA training centre. We are now able to run the following RYA courses: Essential Navigation and Seamanship (online), Day Skipper Theory (classroom), RYA VHF course (online), VHF examination (classroom), RYA Safe and Fun Safeguarding course (online), Yachtmaster Theory (classroom) and RYA Diesel Engine course (classroom). Online courses can be started at any point so if any students are interested in starting one they should speak to Mr Simmons.
