A team of senior mathematicians (Joe Nash, Sean Kao, Harris Ma and Jonathan Lee) travelled to London today to compete in the national final of the senior team maths challenge. They had to design a poster on the mathematics of bellringing, then complete crossnumber, group, shuttle and relay rounds. 86 teams were present from all over the country, drawn from a field of 1300 teams in the heats. They came 17th overall!
