The Community Service volunteers have really enjoyed getting to know the residents at Stowford House this half term. This is the first time that we’ve visited this care home and it’s been fun organising a quiz that is challenging for the very knowledgeable residents. To celebrate National Poetry Day, Fin read To Autumn by John Keats and one of the resident’s own poems about how flying has changed over the years.
