On Tuesday, seventeen pupils in the Lower School performed in an evening recital for friends and family. The concert proved to be a showcase of the wide variety of instruments played by the pupils, with (almost) every orchestral instrument represented, along with guitar and drums. It was particularly encouraging that the concert was, for a handful of pupils, their first experience of performing to an audience, and indeed for those with more experience, it was a good opportunity to practise the presentational aspect of performance.
